Camarines Sur Resident Wins Over P10 Million in Lotto 6/42

A single ticket holder from Camarines Sur struck it rich, winning the PHP10.3 million jackpot in the Lotto 6/42 draw held on Saturday night, as confirmed by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Sunday. The winning numbers, which were drawn in Baao town, were 09-13-40-42-14-33. The fortunate winner has a year to collect their prize of PHP10,387,166 from the PCSO’s main office located in Mandaluyong City. To claim the winnings, the winner must present the winning ticket along with two valid IDs. According to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, any winnings exceeding PHP10,000 are subject to a 20% tax. In addition to the jackpot, 21 other players won PHP24,000 each for matching five out of the six numbers. Furthermore, 1,235 bettors will take home PHP800 for matching four numbers, and 20,435 players will receive PHP20 for correctly guessing three numbers. The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
