DHSUD Unveils New 4PH Website to Enhance Access to Housing Programs

·

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has introduced a new website dedicated to the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program, aiming to simplify the process of accessing government housing initiatives. Launched on February 4, the website serves as a comprehensive digital platform where users can find essential information, including policies, application guidelines, and project updates, all designed to make the housing program more transparent and accessible.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar highlighted that the website’s development aligns with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to improve the ease of accessing government services through digital means. The platform not only aids potential beneficiaries in navigating the application process but also supports developers and local government units (LGUs) by providing them with necessary housing-related information and compliance guidelines.

The website, a collaborative effort between the DHSUD’s Knowledge Management and Information Systems Service and the 4PH Project Management Office, includes interactive features to boost public engagement. It also features an FAQ section to help address common queries, making it easier for aspiring homeowners to check their eligibility and understand the requirements.

Secretary Acuzar encouraged everyone to explore the website to gain a better understanding of the 4PH program and its processes. The initiative underscores DHSUD’s commitment to delivering inclusive and efficient housing services across the Philippines. The 4PH program can be accessed through its official portal at https://dhsud.gov.ph/4ph-program/.
