Overseas Filipinos Can Enroll for Internet Voting Starting March 10

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that the pre-voting enrollment for Filipinos abroad who wish to participate in the May 12 midterm elections via internet will commence next month. The enrollment window for the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) will be open from March 10, 2025, to May 7, 2025, for those at Philippine Posts that have opted for internet voting. Voters are encouraged to use their personal internet-enabled devices to register during this period. Additionally, they should check the schedule for field or mobile pre-voting enrollment at their respective Philippine Posts. Voting kiosks will be available at these locations during the voting period. To enroll, overseas voters must use the official link provided by Comelec. Successful enrollees will be able to cast their votes online from April 13 to May 12, until 7 p.m. Philippine Standard Time.
