Fuel prices in Manila are scheduled to increase slightly on February 18, as announced by several oil companies. Cleanfuel, Petro Gazz, Seaoil, and Shell have confirmed a price increase of 80 centavos per liter for both gasoline and diesel. Additionally, Seaoil and Shell will raise kerosene prices by 10 centavos per liter. These adjustments will take effect as early as 6 a.m. on the specified date. Other oil companies are likely to implement similar increases following this announcement. This comes after a minor price reduction last week, where gasoline and diesel prices dropped by 10 centavos per liter, and kerosene by 30 centavos per liter. Currently, in Metro Manila, gasoline prices range from PHP52 to PHP77.87 per liter, diesel from PHP50 to PHP74.60 per liter, and kerosene from PHP72.54 to PHP84.70 per liter.
