The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is set to organize a significant job fair in Baguio City, offering numerous employment opportunities. Scheduled for January 31, 2025, the event will take place at the SM City Baguio Atrium from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Patrick Rillorta from DOLE’s Cordillera Administrative Region emphasized the importance of job seekers being well-prepared, suggesting they bring multiple copies of their documents to explore various job options that match their skills.
Rillorta highlighted the necessity for attendees to be both mentally and physically ready for potential on-the-spot interviews. He noted that DOLE regularly hosts such job fairs during significant occasions like Labor Day, Independence Day, Cordillera Day, and Baguio Day. Additionally, Rillorta encouraged participants to utilize the event fully, as several government agencies will be present to assist with obtaining necessary documents.
