NCRPO Captures Three High-Profile Fugitives in Early 2025 Operations

In a series of successful operations at the start of 2025, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has detained three of the most sought-after criminals in Metro Manila. The arrests took place over the first three days of the year, showcasing the NCRPO’s commitment to public safety. On January 3, authorities nabbed the sixth-ranked individual on the Regional Top Ten Most Wanted Persons list in Barangay 73, Caloocan City. This suspect faces serious allegations of rape and acts of lasciviousness, with legal warrants issued from courts in Malabon and Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. Earlier, on January 1, two other high-profile fugitives were apprehended. The eighth-ranked suspect was captured in San Dionisio, Parañaque City, charged with qualified rape. Meanwhile, the fourth-ranked individual was arrested in Upper Bicutan, Taguig City, facing charges of acts of lasciviousness and two counts of statutory rape. From January 1 to 3, the NCRPO’s efforts resulted in the arrest of 23 most wanted persons and 24 other wanted individuals, marking a significant achievement in their ongoing fight against crime.
