MANILA – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has issued a reminder to all registered foreigners in the Philippines to submit their annual reports within the first 60 days of 2025. This requirement stems from the Alien Registration Act, mandating that all foreign nationals, whether holding immigrant or non-immigrant visas, must report annually to the bureau. This includes foreigners who are employed, living, or studying in the country and possess an alien certificate of registration I-Card. The BI has designated specific locations for the physical submission of these reports, including the 4th Level Center Atrium at Robinsons Manila in Ermita and the Government Service Express Unit at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. These centers will be open for submissions from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Additionally, BI offices throughout the country will also accept these annual reports.
